Shipping Area and Restrictions
To provide the highest level of service, Kasute’s delivery area is fixed throughout the United States.

Our checkout page is set to only support US delivery addresses.

Currently, we do not support shipping to overseas territories, overseas military addresses (APO/FPO), or PO Boxes to ensure accurate delivery by the courier.

We partner with several leading logistics providers within the United States to ensure efficient connections between trunk transportation and last-mile delivery. Your order will be shipped by the following companies:

The system will automatically assign the most suitable carrier based on the logistics efficiency of your area.

Shipping Time

We understand your anticipation for new products, so we strive to minimize waiting time at every stage:

Order Processing: After successful payment, we typically require 1-3 business days for inventory allocation, quality inspection, and meticulous packaging.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, the package is expected to arrive within 5-10 business days.

Please note: Delivery time may be slightly delayed during public holidays or in cases of extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs
All applicable shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on your order details. We maintain transparent pricing; the amount you confirm when placing your order is the final cost, and no additional fees will be incurred during the delivery process.

Order Tracking
After your package is shipped, we will send you a unique tracking number via email. You can access the “Order Tracking” page on kasute.shop at any time and enter the tracking number to track your new wardrobe arrivals in real time.
