Returns or exchanges

At kasute.shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with every piece of clothing, footwear, and bag you purchase. If you are not satisfied with the item you receive, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.

Return and Exchange Application Requirements
To ensure a smooth return and exchange process, please ensure your application meets the following criteria:

Time Window: Please submit your return and exchange application within 30 days of receiving the item. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unwashed or unworn, and the original packaging, dust bag, and all tags must be complete.

Special Note: For hygiene reasons, some intimate apparel or discounted items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return and exchange.

Process
Submit Application: Please send an email to our customer service email address, indicating your order number, the name of the item to be returned or exchanged, and the reason for the return.

Obtain Authorization: Our customer service team will review your application within 1-2 business days. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Returning the Goods: Please pack the goods properly according to the instructions. For your benefit, we recommend using a tracking-enabled logistics service for return.

Processing Time and Refund

Warehouse Inspection: After receiving the package, we typically require 3-5 business days to conduct a quality inspection of the goods.

Refund: After the inspection is passed, the refund will be returned to your original payment account.

Arrival Time: The specific time for funds to arrive depends on your bank or payment institution, and processing is usually completed within 5-10 business days.

Exchange Processing: If you choose to exchange, the new goods will be shipped within 2 business days after the return passes inspection, and you will receive a new tracking number.

Shipping Costs: If the return or exchange is due to product quality issues or incorrect shipment, the relevant shipping costs will be borne by kasute.shop. For returns initiated due to personal reasons such as personal preference or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
